My favorite people!

I am a teacher. I have been very fortunate—not to teach a large number of classes, but to teach a large number of special students. This distinction matters.

Though I cannot use real names or photos unless I have explicit permission, each of these stories represents someone real. If you recognize yourself, please know you are still very important to me—even after all these years. My memory may falter on some details, but the impact you had on me remains vivid.
